إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلَافٍ أَوْ يُنْفَوْا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ ف…ِي الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

هم يحاربون الله بصرف قلوب الناس عن شهود الله في خلقه ، وهكم يحاربون رسوله بنشر الخوف والرهب مما نهى عنه صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وهم يفسدون في الأرض ويقلعون الحرث ويقتلون النسل
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل على الجهل والتجهيل والجُهال

Again.. Boko Haram

All what’s required: A courage Muslim Authority to issue a Fatwa to criminalize BOKO Haram; condemning their deeds and verdict them for Islamic Penal Code..
They deviated and terrorize innocent people for no reason or justification.. The claims of Islamic state has no authority, and chaotic..
The Muslim Authorities’ silence is either hypocrisy, complicity or cowardice..
Certainly, all are not Islamic..!!

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْتُمُونَ مَا أَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالْهُدَى مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا بَيَّنَّاهُ لِلنَّاسِ فِي الْكِتَابِ أُولَئِكَ يَلْعَنُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَلْعَنُهُمُ اللَّاعِنُونَ 159/2
Those who conceal the clear (Signs) We have sent down, and the Guidance, after We have made it clear for the people in the Book,-on them shall be Allah.s curse, and the curse of those entitled to curse,-

الَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ اللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مِيثَاقِهِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِي الأَرْضِ أُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ 27/2
Those who break Allah.s Covenant after it is ratified, and who sunder what Allah Has ordered to be joined, and do mischief on earth: These cause loss (only) to themselves.

Nigerian State had given away their harsh retaliation, due to western (Human Right Advocacy) which had lately resulted in growing influence and mushroom of those illiterate and inhumane species, claiming to be Muslims..!The true irony is how we “civilizedly” maintain the “Right to Live” for individuals who deliberately denounce the same for others.. In their views; not everyone worth or deserve living unless abide to their code..

The judiciary code is about fairness and equal obligations and rights.. Not about satisfying our “civilized” advocacy of life.. Therefore, the paradox exists, crippling our “civilized” world by rebellious incompetents, neutralizing any efforts for sustainable reform, and jeopardize critical future opportunities towards prosperity and peace..

Islam had clearly condemned such psychic brutality, describing those individuals as irrevocably malfunctioned to engage any community, and verdict them for dismissal from life..

There is no epistemic conflict in the 1400 years old Islamic verdict..!!
