Certainly it was a Hindu property at one day, ahead of Islam coming to India..
Yet, Muslim had such a tradition that whenever a Mosque is built, its land becomes a divine property; not allowed for any other purposes.. Such is not a strong Fatwa, despite how many believe, advocate for or implement..
True Fatwa permits knocking down a mosque after building a replacement, and this is for any legitimate purpose, unless the formal endowment indefinitely and clearly constraints..
“No Mosque is built without a Title-deed and an Endowment”
Unfortunately, Muslims are always lost among Fatwas and Interpretations..!!
However, the today’s verdict is a Threshold, for Peace or War..!!
I hope Indians will hold their sanity against the expected insanity..!!
