عندما تختلط الآدوار

في كل النظريات والتطبيقات الأكاديمية والمهنية، فان الرؤية Vision تسبق المهمة Mission، فيما عدا الدين، فإن المهمة هي هَم المخلوق، بينما الرؤية هي ما قد قدره المولى تعالى، بعلمه وحكمته ورحمته..

هكذا ودوماً يشملنا الاضطراب والتيه عندما تختلط الآدوار..

In all academic and professional theories and applications, vision precedes mission, except in religion, where mission is the concern of the created being, while vision is what God Almighty has ordained, in His knowledge, wisdom, and mercy.

Thus, confusion and bewilderment always engulf us when roles become blurred.
