ذكر الله

Al-Awzāʿī رحمه الله said:

There is not a single hour of this world except that it will be presented before a servant on the Day of Resurrection — day by day and hour by hour.
No hour passes in which Allah, Exalted is He, was not remembered except that the person will be torn by regrets over it.
So what about one for whom hour after hour passes, day after day, and night after night, while he did not remember his Lord?

We ask Allah for well-being and safety.

قال الأوزاعي رحمه الله

ليس ساعة من ساعات الدنيا إلا وهي معروضة على العبد يوم القيامة ، يوماً فيوم ، وساعة فساعة

ولا تمر ساعة لم يذكر الله تعالى فيها إلا تقطعت نفسه عليها حسرات

فكيف بمن مرت به ساعة مع ساعة ، ويوم مع يوم ، وليلة مع ليلة وهو لم يذكر ربه
