THE FUNCTIONS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WITH THIS AGREEMENT MAINTAIN THE TRUST AND RESPONSIBILITY BY PLANNING THE Role as a Lead Under the Management of the EFFICIENT, EFFICIENT PROPERTY, WITH THIS WE ARE AVAILABLE:

Responding to customer questions and complaints about Islamic law questions:

  1. No reference and research required: 1 business day
  2. Need reference but don’t require investigation: 14 business days
  3. Need reference and research: 30 business days
  4. Submit a fatwa requested by the Government and the people of the Federal Territory within 30 working days;
  5. To conduct Syariah Law Consultative Committee Meetings within eight (8) weeks from the direction of the Federal Territory Mufti
  6. Issuing a Teaching Card within seven (7) working days after the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Teaching Supervision Meeting
  7. Provides an annual calendar before December 15 of the current year
  8. Issue a Letter of Confirmation of the Qiblah within two (2) weeks from the date of the direction of the Qiblah
  9. Publish periodicals related to fatwa and legal explanation:
    Three (3) scientific publications a year.
    Ten (10) leaflets per year.
  10. To respond to complaints / suggestions / awards within three (3) business days
  11. Make a payment within 14 business days
  12. Carry out a sworn counseling session with the plaintiff for eight (8) or twelve (12) sessions according to the order and time stipulated by the Syariah Court.
