سألت الحب : أين تُوجد ؟
فقال : في كل موجود تراني
فقلت له : لكنّي أنظر أحيانا فلا أجدك ؟
فقال : أنا سرّ كل موجود فى الوجود ؛ لو دقّقْت تراني

I asked Love: Where are you?
It replied: You may see me everywhere
I asked: But sometimes I look around and not see you?
It replied: I’m the secret of each existent, If you look carefully, you would see me
I asked: Sometimes I look, I found hatred?
It replied: No, it is only Love all over; But you observe another; then you saw another..!!

haeikh Al-Manqush addresses a very interesting topic within Islamic Philosophy; armed with doctrine knowledge and Mythical taste.. The word “Sufi” had been used by lots of people, yet the demerge between Shariah and Haqiqah had led many of them to improper applications and understanding, which create paradoxes, confusions and deviations from the righteous.. This series had been introduce on Ramadhan 1435 (2014) whereas Sheikh Al-Manqoush provides elaborations on the concepts discovered by Jalaludeen AlRumi; in contemporary vision that is not limited to time or location..

الوداع لا يقع إلا لمن يعشق بعينيه.. أما ذاك الذي يعشق بروحه وقلبه ، فلا ثمة انفصال أبداً
ما تبحث عنه ، يبحث عنك

Is Love Premitted or Prohibited (Halal or Haram)?
if meant the Behavior of the Lover; it might be permitted or prohibited.. But if meant the Feelings; all feelings are permitted.. Jurisprudence is linked to Ability.. Therefore; uncontrollable Feelings of Love is not Prohibited.. But we control our Expression of Love; which might be right or wrong.. The Messenger of Allah PBUH said: Who Loves, Abstains, then Dies; he is a Martyr.. Also He PBUH did not denounce Mughaith’s Love to Barierah..

Farewell is felt by who loves by his eyes.. Who loves by his soul and heart never feels a separation
What you seek, seeks You..!

Everything is understood once elaborated, except Love which becomes comprehensible when there is no elaborations..

Love is a necessity; as how Electron is to the Atom.. Such a bond creates the diverse existence.. The Bond of Love is the driver for all Metaphysical and Physical substances.. Thus, Souls would recognize each others, if a bond been among them.. This is the attachment, and an infinitive relation which never comes to an end.. It is not discretional, but destine..

If you are a real Human, trade everything for that Love.. If you are not or you don’t; not place fro you among us..

Love is a start, a result and a conclusion of everything.. Love is rare, hidden and precious.. Love is not materialistic, but spiritual.. As how tools would lead to targets, the materialistic of life would lead to love.. Decoration and knowledge constitute Love.. as affection, communication and attachment are substances for Love..

Allah swt had put a ladder for us to climb, step by step.. If you have two legs; why pretending crippled

العاشق لا يعرف اليأس أبداً ، وللقلب المغرم كل الأشياء ممكنة

I look alike me.. Each looks like the other

Our spontaneous expression of Love elaborates the attachment.. The secret of Attachments lays within knowledge.. The more knowledge we have, the more love we exercise.. Allah swt has unlimited descriptions, therefore, knowing Allah swt is unlimited to any number of descriptions.. Therefore, Allah’s chosen ones are many, whereas each of them is attached to one of Allah’s descriptions.. Thus, Allah swt holds the secret of Love, as it is one of his descriptions swt.. The Secret of Love is the secret of Lordship, therefore is it incomprehensible, infinitive and divine.. Thus, both attachment and love are forever

The lover never knows desperation.. For the loving heart; everything is possible

The Italian Deputy Minister for Foreign Relations had led the secret negotiations with Sudanese government to allow for Mariam and her kids to leave Sudan.. Certainly, without Sudanese travel documents or papers; she had lift Sudan on board of an Italian Government plane.. The same day, she was received and blessed by Pop Francis at the Vatican..
Her US citizen and wheel-chaired husband Dani; was never the focus of news or photographs..!
Sudanese government was not available for comments, yet it was clearly a part of trade off between Sudan and European Union.. Al-Basheer Regimes seeks any scores at any prices..

I kept wondering on the momentum Marian represents; to deploy senior Italian official to accompany her, on a 30K $ voyage, who was immediately scheduled upon arrival to meet the Pop..
Many freedom fighters and victims of oppression had no chance to be recognized at such a high level celebrations..

 There is a strong bad smell in the air..!!

When the Sudanese court issued their verdict it was not precisely tailored to punish Mariam; as Media complicity pointed.. Courts are not the venue to create Laws or Jurisprudence.. The issue of Apostasy is historically controversial across Muslim countries, with few cases that applied capital punishment.. Regretfully, Sudan had earlier witnessed couple of verdicts; which had cost lives..

If the celebration was meant to condemn Sudan; this is politics..

If the celebration was meant to twist arms with Muslims, it is dangerous game to be played, which will only add fuel to concurrent tension and unrest..

 Coexistence can only be built by defusing religious mismatches..!!

Moral Fitness

This resembles sociocultural facts that divide West from East.. A carpenter male married a nuclear engineer female.. Then 50 years later, they proudly acknowledge.. Such reality will never witness replica in the Middle East..
Systems of social and cultural qualities are different.. Getting close is not by closing an eye, but to understand the fitness of the system we have, or the bizarre one they do..!!

There is no Social Fitness in Islamic marriage.. but a moral one.. despite the by-default practices..!!

إذا جاءكم من ترضون دينه وخلقه فزوجوه
(Whenever a proposal comes from whoever you accept his morals and Deen, tie the knot)

However, I had addressed the “Love Marriage” not the forced one.. focusing on the preparedness for an educated and socially-superior female (from Morocco to Malaysia) to share love with a less-socially-fit male.. in her own eyes, not in eyes of others, whatsoever they are..

Basically, love will never grow between both, as taboos and stigmas will seize the marvelous passion from its spontaneous and free foundations.. Therefore, what we practice in this vast region is totally different from others.. We have a “Controlled Love” phenomenon.. which had been enforced further by religion, casts and doctrines.. However and generally, the oriental love is apart from sexism in most cases.. due to the same reasons..

My issue is about being solid and transparent with one’s self, not driven by or echoing controversial mindset or irrational ideas..
It is a part of a call for social and intellectual governance to rule..

The Collided Judiciary Systems

Decades earlier to both Partition and Independence in the Subcontinent; India had witnessed the seeding of radical Muslim and intellectual extremism.. Many do not know that India had exported the outdated and violent schools to the Middle East since the dawn of the 20th century.. Despite the soft, smiling and fun-loving Indian personalities, a long history of suppression, inequality and arrogance had already infested their culture.. Community leaders and awakened politicians had realized the same and proposed many plans to reduce the chain effect on sociopolitical profiles; yet none was truly effective.. The Partition, which was fueled by radical Islamists (who were incubated by the British colonialists, with deceiving banners and slogans) had practically increased both volume and noise of the so-called-minorities.. India has 120 millions as a minority, who are actually the 3rd populous Muslim community worldwide.. Yet, the political establishment of India was corrupt enough to allow for parallel judiciary system in trade for voting powers.. This had seriously grown, not only deforming the Indian legal Estate, but also the Muslim one.. Bizarre tales about fatwas, rulings, verdicts and misconduction had become normal news (or no news) from the entire Subcontinent.. This move is very much late, but good to be, despite the critics both ways..

Supreme Court Asks Sharia Courts Not to Force Fatwas, Says its Unconstitutional

The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday declared that the Sharia Courts are unconstitutional and the fatwa or legal opinions issued by them are illegal.

The SC bench headed by Justice C.K. Prasad ruled out its verdict, saying that neither Darul Qaza (or Islamic Courts) nor any Mufti (or Islamic scholar) can issue a fatwa against the fundamental rights of an individual.The court said that the Muftis can issue fatwa to those who are willing to hear but cannot force them to follow it, as the law finds it illegal.

“Sharia courts are not sanctioned by law and there is no legality of fatwas in this country. No religion is allowed to curb anyone’s fundamental rights,” NDTV quoted a C K Prasad.

The ruling came after the hearing on a petition filed by Delhi-based advocate Vishwa Lochan Madan, who challenged the Islamic courts operating as a parallel judicial system in India. He had argued that the Muftis in these court issues fatwas against the fundamental rights of the Muslim citizens.

Citing the example of Imrana, Madan alleged that the Sharia courts interfere in the personal life of Muslims.

28-year-old Imrana was raped by her father-in-law in 2005 in Charthawal village in the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Later, the Muftis disregarded her marriage with her husband and ordered her to marry her father-in-law, citing the Muslim law that sees it as adultery and not rape.

In February this year, the SC had declined to interfere with the Sharia Law saying that they cannot intervene in the religious beliefs of any community. However, in its fresh judgement SC declared that the fatwas issued by Muftis are illegal, so they cannot force it upon an individual. Although it declared the Sharia courts as unconstitutional, SC rejected Madan’s petition asking to ban the courts.

Several other Fatwas Issued against Muslim Women in India

In April 2010, the Muftis of leading Islamic seminary Darul Uloom Deoband issued a fatwa against modelling by Muslim women, citing that modelling is un-Islamic, according to news reports.

In yet another fatwa a month later in 2010, Deoband declared that Islam does not permit Muslim women to work with male colleagues, and that they violate the Sharia law. It said that the Muslim women must wear veil to office and should never indulge in conversation with men.

A fatwa was issued against cartoons and animated shows in 2013. The Muftis said that the animated shows humiliate and mock Allah’s creations. They said that Islamic law prohibits anybody from mocking Allah’s creation and believes that the cartoons violate the law. The Muftis ordered the children and others not to watch it, according to news reports.

Another fatwa issued in September 2013 declared that photography and video recording of marriages is un-Islamic. The Muftis claimed that the Islamic law considers photography of either oneself or others a sin; it is only permissible for an identity card and passport.

Mufti Maulana Bashir-ud-Din issued a fatwa against a girl band Pragaash in February 2013. He said that the Islamic law prohibits women from singing in front of others or in public, and said that they should sing in their homes and must wear burqa (veil) at all times.

Illusion of Love..

The photos of the Gay Parents went viral, while they embrace their new-born baby.. Commentators had glorified the unprecedented moment; praised love as a universal value cross all cultures, regions and genders.. A media celebration, that had engaged most known and unknown channels, specially the social media.. The photographer had reserved her seat in the new media.. The Surrogate Mother expressed her and her family gratitude to be part of this historical moment.. The baby was a product of a foreign egg (to the surrogate mother), which probably was conceived by unknown sperm-donor as well..

It is amazing what science and media would do to our Mankind..

There is nothing to add to both critics and support of Westernized Gay Marriage; which became a de-facto, legally, operationally and morally.. It became a line of demise between confronting groups, which none is able to convince the other, nor to define a co-existence.. Yes, so far both parties adhere to the law; within a banner of civilization and urbanity, agreeing on zero bigotry and zero discrimination.. 

Moralities of both natural and factual parenthood had went uncontrollably spiral at legal and scientific institutions.. Simply, it constitutes the foregrounds for the ever-hot debate between Creationists and Evolutionists.. The arrogance of intellectuality had taken philosophies and concepts in horizons of no retreat and no defeat as well.. Creationists could not present of support the case, while Evolutionists had all lobbies, science and media in support.. Pragmatically, ancestors are less important in the advanced genetic and molecule technologies..

Surrogate Motherhood was another moral debate that ended up with broader acceptance.. The debate was fueled by the pharmaceutical advances in transplant management; which had enabled success in critical organ replacement.. Many psychological researches had proven no significant disorders ware related to the hosting mother or the hosted baby.. Ironically, this had equally support anti-abortion movement, with a notion that a fetus is an independent person since day one..

Certainly, the case contradicts two of the three Notions of Creation:

• Worshiping Allah swt; implicitly following His divine code of morals and ethics
• Reproduce to sustain the momentum of believers; implicitly following His divine code of engagement

It is a pity how our intellectuality marks our decline and distinction as the honored creation of Almighty swt.. Yes, I’m rather pessimistic for any breakthrough that could happen to restore our rank among other creations, or to honor the notions we had been assigned for.. The fierce battles led by media, science and business communities is beyond reach or control, as fueled by the evil penetrations and seductions..

Just hold tight your belief.. at least..!!
