The Yemeni Jewish Engineer Najat Al-Nahari recounts a story with her neighbor, the judge

  • As a child, Najat was holding a 5-riyal coin.

  • She saw an old woman asking for charity, and her neighbor, Judge Muhammad Al-Akwaa, encouraged her to give it, saying:

“If you give it to her, God will return to you ten or even twenty times as much.”

  • Najat, being a little girl, hesitated but eventually gave the five riyals. The judge smiled and handed her a 20-riyal note as a reward for her charity.

  • At first, she was hesitant to take such a large amount, but she was extremely happy.

  • About two weeks later, a poor man came to her neighborhood, and she had five riyals, so she remembered the judge’s advice and donated it. She was waiting for God to return the 20-riyal reward but felt nothing had happened.

  • Suddenly, she found two 20-riyal notes on the ground. She took one and left the other, thinking that God wanted the second note to go to another child in the neighborhood who was giving charity like her.

  • When she told the judge what happened, he laughed and admired her thoughtful behavior.

  • From that point on, the judge continued encouraging her to give charity and would occasionally give her small amounts, reminding her that God multiplies the reward of charity.

Lessons from the story:

  1. Charity teaches generosity from a young age.

  2. God compensates the giver many times over, often in unexpected ways.

  3. Pure intentions and thinking of others multiply blessings and bring joy.

  4. A good mentor (like the judge in this story) can instill strong ethical values in children.

  5. Sharing and caring for others brings happiness and inner fulfillment.

Ashura Muharram

The Annual Quest of Transparent Truth……………………………!!

A symbol of global mourning is Ashura Muharram…

( Muharram is the name of first month of Arabic and Ashura means the 10th of the month of Muharram)

The eternal self-sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) and the fight between right and wrong at Karbala is an unforgettable event in human history that no intelligent person can ignore.

On the 10th day of Muharram in 61 A.H., on Karbala, Imam Hussain, the beloved grandson of the Holy Prophet PBUH, along with his relatives and companions, were brutally tortured and killed by Yazid’s army.

That was the most heartbreaking and scandalous incident in the history of Muslims.

It is recorded in the pages of history that there are 18 people from the Bani Hashem clan,

A total of 72 believers, including the family members of Prophet PBUH, were martyred and each of them was beheaded and taken to Yazid’s court in Damascus.

Among those who were brutally martyred on that day were Imam Hussain, his brother Bir Abbas, nephew youth Kasem, infants nephews Awn and Mohammad, eighteen-years-old son Ali Akbar and six-months-old innocent baby son Ali Asghar.

Trapped in the desert of Karbala, besieged and obstructed by the Euphrates water collection and thus stopped fresh water, all the martyrs were brutally killed in the hot desert of Karbala in the tragically forced battle of hunger and thirst for three days.

Note, historical legend has it that after the massacre of the martyrs of Karbala, the heads of the victims were severed from the bodies and the corpses were crushed by the powerful Arab horses running over the remains.

After the slaughter of the grandson of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, the Hussaini tents temporarily stationed at Karbala were looted and set on fire by the ferocious soldiers.

The female members of Imam Hussain’s family were taken as convicts and prisoners, bound on the backs of camels, tied with their hands and without covering all ladies heads. through the Sham market in Damascus to Yazid’s palace, and then all of them were thrown into prison.

In commemoration of the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain PBUH ,the month of Muharram is mourned every year on Ashura or the 10th of Muharram with religious solemnity worldwide, and national holidays are observed in some countries.

Ashura Muharram is a symbol of sacrifice and mourning in the Muslim world.

The controversial mourning legitimacy of this mourning is based on the Qur’an and authentic hadith is how much appreciated , it is up to the readers understanding to accept and to follow !

Ahlul Bait of Apostle (PBUH) –

(Family members of Prophet Muhammad pbuh)

Allah Almighty says in the Qur’an,

‘O Prophet!

Tell your ummats, I do not ask for anything in return for my invitation except love for my Ahl al-Bayt’.(2:23).

Lord of the Universe said in holy Quran again,

“O Ahl al-Bayt!

Allah wants to remove impurity from you and keep you completely pure”. (33:33).

Finally want to say..

Peace be upon every martyr of Karbala… unstoppable.
