This is an intellectual stigma..!
It is the double dilemma in contemporary Islamic culture and practices.. Grew on the short epistemic history of South Asian Muslim Clerics.. Certainly a combination of linguistic, historical and folkloric barriers between them and the native Arabic speakers.. Yet, it spread all over the world due to the incapability of Arabs to translate ingredients of Islam into other languages.. It was always non-Arab Muslims, who had studied Arabic, then translated these epistemic cores into English and other languages.. yet, Arabs were not available to intervene to validate, nor capable to correct..!!
Even so, modern Arabs had a great demise with both pre-Islamic and early-Islamic epistemias..!! Linguistically, the Slang Arabic is further apart from the Grammatical Arabic.. even among scholars..!
Nikah is the name of “Acknowledgement” of formal marriage, whereas a couple are allowed to form and share a family and a household, and the woman is ultimately unavailable for any other man for the same (considering the controversial ploganyous terms).. For the pre-Islam native Arabs, Nikah was not the sexual intercourse as widely circulated, but the maximum activity that a couple would mate to reproduce; which the marriage institution was established in all histories, cultures and religions, wise legal, moral and sometimes physical means to organize.. and protect..
The Mankind’s tendency to protect the integrity of heir and reproduction had drawn lots of our intellectual and moral frameworks, including the worldly public announcement of marriage, witnessing the French royal mating, celebrating the Roman and Chinese male successors, and the common public announcement of death as well.. Everything was around the reproduction as a resultant of the sexual intercourse.. Not the intercourse itself..
Circulating this defected interpretations is an intellectual stigma of its producers..
