There are rituals and duties that every Muslim has to adhere to; they are not temporary, nor seasonal..
They are the life time obligations of being a Muslim, not discretion nor excusable..
Despite the varieties and options of voluntary rituals, the following list contains the least of them; which my own school of thought believes they are almost compulsory:
These are the norms, which each Muslim should obliges to.. Once the person accepts Islam and Shahadah, such obligations are not debatable nor skeptical..
These 21 commandments are easy to offer, once turn into habits within your life and daily schedule.. They will not only “Please” Allah swt, as adherence to His guidance and roles, but also will reward the person in bot current and after life..
In our current life, such Islamic Habits and Cod of Conduction will shield the person from evil’s interventions and confusions, enabling the smooth flow of life, earning and blessings..
In the infinitive afterlife, they will pave the person’s path towards Allah swt rewards, which beyond any imagination or expectations..

Although, I have my reservations on some of JAKIM notions, but this one comes in the right place and time.. Change starts by the admission of wrongdoing.. During the last 50 years, and due to many complex reasons, people; particularly Muslims, had failed in the proper upbringing of their children.. While Baby-Boomers had lowest divorce rates, generations X & Y have the highest.. Anyways, as Authorities, worldwide could not invent reliable and realistic approach, the problem escalated further, with abuse, drugs, depression and hooliganism spread among young generations, across all cultures, religions and economies.. The Malaysian initiative is very much appealing, subject to how tit will be carried forward and controlled.. The controversial notions of JAKIM would double the skeptics on the outcomes, yet it is a good grounds for reform.. Hope some NGOs and Authorities would imitate.. and improve..
Malaysia Jakim proposes compulsory course for married Muslim couples
KUALA LUMPUR, June 25 — The Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) has proposed for married Muslim couples to attend a post-marriage course aimed at strengthening the family institution and reducing the divorce rate in the country.
Jakim Family, Social and Community Development director Zakuan Sawai said his division had prepared a working paper on the proposal for the concurrence of the state Islamic Religious departments.
“The proposal seeks among others, to compel Muslim married couples to attend the three-day, two-night course which focuses on domestic issues, marital relationship and children upbringing,” he told Bernama here today.
Zakuan said the course, in four phases, targeted couples who had been married for one to five years, six to 10 years, and 11 to 20 years and above.
According to him, Jakim emphasised mainly on couples who had been married for only one to five years, as the group was found, in a study done by the department, to experience the most instances of marital discord.
“This is because they are still in the process of familiarising themselves with one another,” he noted.
He said efforts to develop the course were initiated in 2012 and a pilot project was currently being held here to obtain public feedback on the present module.
“The course is introduced to civil servants before being expanded to the public,” he said.
He said the course vastly differed from the pre-marriage course as it dwelled more liberally on marital issues including husband-wife health and relationship. — Bernama
My generation had raised on the funny images of Mr. Scrooge McDuck, who loves money and enjoy piling coins and banknotes.. On parallel, Branches of business brands were few, and mostly the one supported by government to distribute commodities and critical goods.. The grocery store next to my house had enjoyed good revenues due to its clean shop, smile and reasonable prices.. I had noticed his growth and changing his car, employing more staff and provide more products.. This was the repeated story across the world; as documented in movies, literature and folklore..
This the mindset of business people till 40 years ago (and stills in rural areas) when they make a profit they don’t expand.. Instead; they upgrade their workplace, diversify their products, and improve their own personal living..
Now, they expand like mushroom with no care for quality, customer loyalty or honesty.. The whole thing had started few decades ago, when some academic had brought a theory into economics and business syllabuses… “If you don’t grow; you will decline..”
This is the root-cause of greed and monopoly that became synonymous to doing business.. worldwide..
The average individuals will sign off loans to buy shares and spend their times at the Stock Exchange Floors, gaining money for no effort..
You can invent an NGO and legitimately earn your living from the 40% of its fundraising.. regardless what the business achieves..
Employees work hard for the chance to get bounces and promotions, and would quit the job for another of better benefits..
Employers observe their profit , and would cut jobs or salaries to maintain their gains..
Within the whole process, business environment got complicated, diverse and mushroomed in order to generate more profits..
The whole system had been ruined by the NUMBERS.. by a devilish breed of Accounts and Economists..
There are a full chapter (83) in the Holy Quran on the “Merchants with deliberate faulty weight gauge”.. (So far did not find one English word for it).. Quran describe them as greedy, dishonest and ill-fated.. Also, there are many verses in Quran and Hadith; which address the compulsory honesty in doing business: No cheating or camouflage the defects, No escalation of prices, Avoid non halal revenues or earning, Document loans and debts, Pay back dues and loans on time, Not to be hard on who is in financial trouble; Pay fair and timely salaries, Treat the people with smile and humbleness, etc..
The Prophet PBUH, when asked if a Muslim could be a stingy? He said: Yes.. Could be a fainthearted? He said: Yes.. Could be a liar? He said: No…!
Unfortunately; the entire business world is now-a-days based on lies and cheating..!!
Muslim intellectual had worked a lot on the interest and Riba-Free business, but very few had addressed the foundations of doing business.. Therefore, Muslim Merchants and wealthy persons became known for their lobbying and market gaming..

If non-Muslims will get confused; at least this will spread the use of the word; which will subsequently initiate debate and understanding.. Islam will not be threatened by using its terminology and scripture, because this will back lash the user if meant harm, whereas people will question.. Questions are the Gates for Epistemia..!
If Muslims will get confused and convert from Islam, this will pin point to Muslim Authorities who fail to arm their followers with belief and understanding.. It will condemn the religious education system and preacher for ill-equipped qualifications and false fitness..
Regretfully, Malaysia turns gradually into fanaticism and lose its historical tolerance and coherence.. This is driven by greedy politicians who grab all aspects of powers and play ethnic, religious and cultural tunes..

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) — Malaysia’s top court on Monday upheld a government ban forbidding non-Muslims from using “Allah” to refer to God, rejecting an appeal by the Roman Catholic Church that argued that the law failed to consider the rights of minorities in the largely Muslim nation.
“We are disappointed. The four judges who denied us the right to appeal did not touch on fundamental basic rights of minorities?,” said Rev. Lawrence Andrew, editor of The Herald, the newspaper at the center of the controversy.
“It will confine the freedom of worship,” he added. “We are a minority in this country, and when our rights are curtailed, people feel it.”
Allah is the Arabic word for God and commonly used in the Malay language to refer to God. The court had ruled that Catholic Church had no grounds to appeal a lower court decision last year that kept it from using “Allah” in its Malay-language weekly publication.
The government says Allah should be reserved exclusively for Muslims — who make up nearly two-thirds of the country’s 29 million people — because if other religions use it that could confuse Muslims and lead them to convert.

Regretfully, most acclaimed intellectuals are exercising the herd-syndrome, following well established notions and Western-Style culture of organized pro-democracy.. The legacy of Mankind is about the innovation and resilience.. Yet, the opposite takes place through media, academia and think-tanks.. Humans will not survive without democracy, despite all odds..!!
People need to restore their confidence to be able to create another form to clear the free will from the deadly democratic parasites..!!

Regretfully, Muslim intellectual were and still short to nationalize their political heritage.. This hinders their contribution to the world order and development..
It is rather funny when the people have a strong theory in hand while they can’t afford the adequate effort required to evolve and share with others.. Most of the political intellectual productions from Muslim scholars and academics is short from gaining accreditation and celebration from the world Epistemia.. Who would claim the war-against-Islam are basically ill-equipped to meet the neutral requirements for science and technology..
Saying so; I have great hopes that the coming Muslim generation of scientists and thinkers will have better tools and authentic will to produce a reliable system for implementation..

I replied: OK.. But why we repeat the hardship.. There is no point..!

Then she continues to elaborate how histories should not dominate our present times.. People are more intellectual now to absorb and comprehend the past lessons without the need for any physical performance.. Many of the religious rituals are just meaningless activities; which would waste our time and energy..

Briefly; I had commented that such deeds are driven by belief and devotion..
Such (falsely arrogant) mindset is hard to align; for a simple reason:
Many people unintentionally challenge the Creator swt with their own intellectuality and smart fitness; yet they cannot comprehend the implicit shortfall of their created brains to envision the Creator swt, or his wisdom and commands..
If we successfully perform the role of creations, The Creator swt will enable us to satisfactorily comprehend the mysteries within His creation, rulings and commands..
Whatsoever sophistication, speed or capacity of any “Computer”; it can’t understand the unexpressed Epistemia his “Engineer” has..!
You may imagine it as a sort of leadership: Leader and Followers are not alike in terms of knowledge, authority or capabilities.. They vary along the hierarchy.. Yet; every follower has “faithfully” to follow the Leader.. If you do not exercise trust and faith in your Leader, your endeavor is most likely unsustainably successful..!
Law & Order are the merits of all humane endeavors..
Not necessarily to “like” the Order, whenever you follow the Law.. yet, you have to bear it.. Willingly better than forced..!

UN concerned about Mauritanian rights activist after fatwa ruling
A fatwa issued against a prominent Mauritanian human rights activist has raised the alarm of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). The fatwa, an Islamic religious ruling, was handed down by the movement known as ‘Friends of the prophet”, declaring that “whoever kills her or tears out her eyes will be rewarded by God.”
Ms Aminetou Mint El-Moctar was targeted because she publicly demanded a fair trial procedure for Mohamed Ould M’Kaitir, a young Mauritanian man awaiting trial on charges of apostasy since January.
Apostasy is the act of deserting one’s religion which is punishable by death.
Rupert Colville, the spokesperson for the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
“Because of the nature of the charges, no lawyers have been willing to come forward to defend Mr. Ould M’Kaitir, effectively making it impossible at present for him to be given a fair trial. The horrendous threats against Ms. Mint El-Moctar, simply for pointing this out, starkly underline the importance of her public call that a fair trial must be ensured, and illustrate how difficult that will be. We’re concerned that Ms. Mint El-Moctar is not being provided with adequate protection by the authorities, despite having requested it. We remind the Government of Mauritania of its obligation to protect its citizens from threats to their life and safety.” (
Mr Colville said the government should take all necessary steps to protect Ms. Mint El-Moctar given the very clear public threats to kill or mutilate her, and to investigate and possibly prosecute those making threats which amount to incitement to kill.

Retired American Nurse, Michelle McGowan, went to Ghana last fall to help some children suffering with dermatitis. It is a strange, even horrible, skin condition that is curable. Along the line to help them, however, she was arrested by Ghanaian officials, and charged with fraud and ‘child publication’. McGowan was also accused of setting up offshore accounts into which she was channeling donations for her own personal use. She disputes this claim and tells her side of the story with Sahara TV’s Kwesi Baako in this lengthy sit down.

“I did not enter Ghana on a tourist visa, and I am a registered NGO with 3 other member, all of whom are Ghanaians. The NGO is registered through the Registrar General in Accra, and Social Welfare. I am not a signatory on the account because the account was registered in Ghana and I am not a resident of Ghana, therefore I cannot be a signatory on the account. My 3 Ghanaian NGO partners are the only signatories. Educate yourself with facts before slinging judgemental opinions. I broke no laws, no even child publucation. The law in Ghana reads that one cannot publish any identifying information about minor children without the consent of the family. Clearly I had permission from the mother of these children because she is even assisting me in the video. Too much criticism…not enough helping hands. Tell me Raymond, before you cast your stones at me…what did you do to help these kids who’ve been suffering in your “sovereign nation” for 16 years???”
Despite the marvelous work of hers, audience should pay attention to the arrest of Michelle, and bad treatment she received.. This is what puts off all efforts to offer a hand to Africans in particular and 3rd world in general.. There is not only an intellectual gap, but also a moral one..
Similarly, that most audiences had only shade tears for the poor kids, and very few had the time to listen to the full story..!!!!!!

40 years ago, when modern terrorism was born, activists were of my age group.. They were mostly torn with socioeconomic deprivation and stresses.. They were either unable to date, own humble gadgets, or balance new arriving trends to their cultural mindset.. They found salvation in the holy scriptures, fascinated with verses of extreme, been bolder by arguing orthodox clerics, and been further excited with security chasing.. Their endeavor ended by anti-Soviet Taliban..
The following generation had been transformed into killing machines, releasing all paradoxes, hatred and pain to punish both commons and states.. A religious form of anarchy..
The only steady factor was the unqualified and ill-equipped preachers, who are politicians rather than professional..
It is the urbanity in its awful and ignored backlash..

Reading Dr Henry Makow’s is not a blind intellectual journey, but a comparable one to fill the epistemic gaps within my own path.. Despite how his arguments are controversial, there are issues and subdomains which are meaningful and acceptable.. Feminism is one.. I do not share his analysis about the root causes, yet agree on the various sequences of such dangerous mindset.. It was a North American concept, then became an European, which had now traveled in all directions.. Many enthusiastic females, and males, do not respect the fine demises generated from sociopolitical growth, economic mightiness and cultural development, and only echo the feministic slogans in gender-fraud-free communities.. Many forms had been campaign with appealing notions, e.g., national service, etc.. I had witnessed many who are confused by following a trend or following a heart.. They always remind me with a verse about who unconsciously deviate while assuming doing and achieving great..!!
